(English below – 12-14 May – UNIPV hosts the SAHA Project Mid-term Partner Meeting) Dal 12 al 14 maggio 2022 si svolgerà presso l’Università di Pavia il Mid-term Partner Meeting del progetto SAHA (raiSe libyAn Higher education health sector for the benefit of local society).
SAHA è il progetto Erasmus+ Capacity Building guidato congiuntamente dai Dipartimenti di Scienze Politiche e Sociali, Scienze Economiche e Aziendali e Scienze Clinico-Chirurgiche, Diagnostiche e Pediatriche e coordinato dal prof. Antonio Morone del Dipartimento di Scienze Politiche e Sociali.
L’obiettivo generale del progetto è sostenere la modernizzazione, l’accessibilità e l’internazionalizzazione degli istituti di istruzione superiore libici nel campo dell’economia sanitaria e della gestione sanitaria. Le università partner libiche includono le Università di Tripoli, Misurata, Sirte, Zawia, Sebha e Libyan International Medical University. Tra i partner europei del progetto ci sono UNIMED (Mediterranean Universities Union), University of West Bohemia e University of Granada.
L’incontro sarà suddiviso in diverse sessioni durante le quali i partner discuteranno dei progressi raggiunti nell’implementazione dei vari Work Packages (WP) del progetto:
- Trial implementation of the new Health Management integrated curricula and related centers;
- Accreditation process of the new and updated curricula in Health Management;
- Dissemination and exploitation;
- Training of academic staff involved in the new integrated curricula in Health Management;
- Management and Quality Assurance;
- Health Crisis Management.

12-14 May – UNIPV hosts the SAHA Project Mid-term Partner Meeting
On 12 – 14 May 2022, the Mid-term Partner Meeting of SAHA (raiSe libyAn Higher education health sector for the benefit of local society) will take place at the University of Pavia.
SAHA is the Erasmus+ Capacity Building project led by the University of Pavia, Department of Political Sciences, Economics and Medicine, coordinated by prof. Antonio Morone.
The overall objective of the project is to support the modernization, accessibility, and internationalization of the Libyan higher education institutions in the field of Health Economics and Healthcare Management. Libyan partner universities include the Universities of Tripoli, Misurata, Sirte, Zawia, Sebha, and Libyan International Medical University. Among the EU partners of the project there are UNIMED (Mediterranean Universities Union), University of West Bohemia, and University of Granada.
The meeting will be divided into several sessions during which the partners will discuss the progress they have achieved implementing various Work Packages (WP) of the project:
- Trial implementation of the new Health Management integrated curricula and related centers;
