1. A partire dal 4 maggio 2020 è avviata la programmazione del progressivo rientro ai Collegi delle Alunne e degli Alunni a tale data assenti secondo le indicazioni e le modalità operative individuate di seguito. (English below)
2. Nella prima fase a decorrere dal 4 maggio 2020, fermo il rispetto delle disposizioni limitanti la circolazione sul territorio disposte dalle normative nazionale e/o regionale, in coerenza con le disposizioni adottate dall’Ateneo di Pavia per consentire l’avvio di una prima fase di fruizione dei servizi universitari, l’ingresso ai Collegi sarà autorizzato a condizione che l’Alunna / l’Alunno:
i) trasmetta preventivamente al Collegio, in via telematica, esplicita domanda di rientro;
ii) fornisca la documentazione di cui al successivo art. 4;
iii) appartenga a una delle seguenti categorie:
a) ricercatori, assegnisti di ricerca, dottorandi, borsisti dell’Ateneo pavese che abbiano autorizzazione di accesso ai laboratori dell’Ateneo, secondo le modalità e le condizioni fissate dal Documento adottato dall’Ateneo in data 28 aprile 2020 e denominato Ripresa dell’accesso alle strutture di Ateneo (Laboratori e Biblioteche) per attività di ricerca: indicazioni operative e linee guida di comportamento;
b) laureandi per i quali lo stato di avanzamento di lavoro di tesi sia attestato dal/la Docente responsabile e che abbiano necessità di accesso alla Biblioteca per utilizzare i servizi in modalità “contactless” – Fase 2.1: “Distanti (ancora), ma (più) vicini”- consultabile al seguente link: http://biblioteche.unipv.it/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Fase2.1-ServiziBibliotecari.pdf
c) Alunne e Alunni che intendono rientrare momentaneamente in Collegio per recuperare i propri effetti personali e quindi tornare alla loro abitazione/residenza.
3. È fatto in ogni caso divieto di rientro ai Collegi a chi presenti ovvero abbia avuto un convivente che presenti una delle due condizioni (T corporea ≥ 37.5°C, contatti con persone COVID-19 positive) o una combinazione di almeno tre dei sintomi elencati nella dichiarazione allegata sub 1.
4. In vista del rientro al Collegio le Alunne e gli Alunni dovranno trasmettere al Collegio:
i) la Dichiarazione relativa alla propria situazione sanitaria secondo il modello allegato sub 1;
ii) la dichiarazione del Responsabile di Laboratorio ovvero del Docente responsabile del lavoro di tesi attestanti il requisito di cui all’art. 2.a o il requisito di cui all’art. b.
All’atto dell’ingresso in Collegio l’Alunna / l’Alunno dovrà sottoscrivere la Dichiarazione relativa alla propria situazione sanitaria a conferma dell’attuale veridicità del contenuto. Sarà cura dell’Alunna /Alunno aggiornare tale Dichiarazione nei successivi giorni, con la medesima modalità, qualora ci fossero elementi di novità rispetto a quanto dichiarato in precedenza.
5. Al fine di consentire la programmazione dei rientri, in tutti i casi, anche per il semplice recupero degli effetti personali, il rientro avverrà con tempi e modalità previamente concordate con il Rettore del Collegio.
6. Tutte le Alunne e tutti gli Alunni, sia appena rientrati che già presenti, dovranno attenersi a tutte le misure di contenimento e di protezione prescritte dalle disposizioni vigenti. Si rammenta che la prima misura di protezione, da cui dipendono tutte le altre, è il SENSO DI RESPONSABILITÀ di Mai come in questo caso la protezione è efficace solo se attuata da tutta la comunità collegiale. Si rammenta in particolare quanto segue:
- obbligo di utilizzo della mascherina;
- divieto di assembramenti all’interno di ciascuna struttura;
- divieto di ingresso in Collegio di persone estranee, anche se congiunti.
Si ricordano inoltre, a titolo meramente esemplificativo, le seguenti essenziali precauzioni sanitarie:
a) Evitare ogni contatto fisico interpersonale (esempio stretta di mano).
b) Rispettare sempre la distanza interpersonale minima prescritta dalle disposizioni.
c) Curare la costante igiene personale con lavaggio frequente delle mani ovvero con utilizzo di gel disinfettanti.
d) Evitare di toccarsi bocca, occhi e naso con le mani.
e) Evitare lo scambio di telefoni, tastiere, o altri dispositivi e congegni di lavoro e/o studio e/o strumentali ad attività e in ogni caso provvedere alla loro regolare sanificazione.
7. Le previsioni del presente documento saranno aggiornate a seguito del succedersi delle disposizioni delle Autorità competenti e in ogni caso con riferimento all’evolversi della situazione sanitaria.

1. Starting from 4 May 2020, it has been programmed the gradual return to the Colleges of their Members (students, researchers, and fellows) who have been absent till that date, according to the indications and operating methods specified below.
2. In the first phase, starting from 4 May 2020, subject to compliance with the provisions limiting circulation on the territory laid down by national and / or regional regulations, in accordance with the provisions adopted by the University of Pavia to allow the start of a first use of university services, entry to the Colleges will be authorized on condition that the Members:
i) email an explicit request for return to the College;
ii) provides the documentation referred to in the following art. 4;
iii) belongs to one of the following categories:
a) researchers, research fellows, PhD students, fellows of the University of Pavia who have authorization to access the University’s laboratories, according to the methods and conditions established by the Document stated by the University on the 28 April 2020, i.e. Ripresa dell’accesso alle strutture di Ateneo (Laboratori e Biblioteche) per attività di ricerca: indicazioni operative e linee guida di comportamento (Access resumption to the University structures (Laboratories and Libraries) for research activities: operational indications and behavior guidelines);

c) Members who intend to temporarily return to the College just to recover their personal belongings and then return to their home/residence.
3. It is in any case forbidden to return to the Colleges to those who have (or live with peoplea having) one of the two conditions (body temperature ≥ 37.5 ° C, contacts with COVID19 positive people) or a combination of at least three of the symptoms listed in the attached declaration (point 1).
4. In view of the return to the College, Members must send to the College:
i) the Declaration relating to one’s health situation according to the template annexed;
ii) the declaration of the Laboratory Manager or of the Professor responsible for the thesis work attesting to the requirement of art. 2.a or the requirement in art. 2.b.
Upon entering the College, Members must sign the Declaration relating to their health situation confirming the current truthfulness of the content. Members will take care of updating this Declaration in the following days, in the same way, if there are new elements with respect to what was previously declared.
5. In order to allow the scheduling of the returns, in all cases, also for the simple recovery of personal belongings, the return will take place with times and methods previously agreed with the Rector of the College.
6. All Members, both just returned or already present, must comply with all containment and protection measures prescribed by current provisions. It is recalled that the first protection measure, on which all the others depend, is the SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY of each one. Never as in this case, protection is effective only if implemented by the entire collegiate community. In particular:
1) obligation to use the mask;
2) prohibition of assemblies within each structure;
3) prohibition of entry into the College of extraneous persons, even if they are friends or relatives.
We also remind, as examples, the following essential health precautions:
a. Avoid any interpersonal physical contact (e.g handshake).
b. Always respect the minimum interpersonal distance prescribed by current regulations.
c. Take care of constant personal hygiene with frequent hand washing or with the use of disinfectant gels.
d. Avoid touching your mouth, eyes and nose with your hands.
e. Avoid the exchange of telephones, keyboards, or other work and / or study and / or instrumental devices; in any case ensure their regular sanitation.
7. The provisions of this document will be updated following new decisions of the competent Authorities and in any case with reference to the evolution of the health situation.
