(English below) Venerdì 23 giugno 2023, dalle ore 10:30, l’Aula Magna dell’Università di Pavia ospiterà la Cerimonia di chiusura del Foundation Year 2022-23. L’evento vedrà la partecipazione del Direttore del programma, il Prof. Stefano Rastelli, dei docenti e dello staff che collabora alla realizzazione del programma.
Il Foundation Year è un corso propedeutico rivolto a studenti internazionali che desiderano intraprendere un percorso accademico in Italia, ma che non soddisfano pienamente i requisiti di accesso a un corso di laurea.
Il programma si rivolge però anche a studenti che vogliono acquisire o consolidare la propria preparazione linguistica in italiano prima di iscriversi a un corso di studi nelle università italiane.
Il programma è giunto quest’anno alla quinta edizione e ha visto la partecipazione di 200 studenti provenienti da oltre 40 Paesi del mondo.
La cerimonia sarà l’occasione per condividere i risultati raggiunti nel corso di questa edizione e per ripercorrere le esperienze più significative vissute dagli studenti nel loro primo anno di studio all’estero e all’Università di Pavia.
Durante la cerimonia verrà dato spazio anche alla consegna dei diplomi finali.

Closing Ceremony of the Foundation Year Program 2022-23
On Friday 23 June from 10.30 a.m. the Closing Ceremony of the Foundation Year Program 2022-23 will take place in the Aula Magna of the University of Pavia. The event will be attended by the Director of the Program, Prof. Stefano Rastelli, as well as the professors and staff who collaborate in the realisation of the program.
The Foundation Year is a preparatory course aimed at international students who wish to undertake an academic course in Italy, but who do not fully meet the entry requirements for a degree program.
However, the program is also aimed at students who wish to acquire or consolidate their linguistic preparation in Italian before enrolling in a course of study at an Italian university.
The program is now in its fifth year: 200 students from over 40 countries around the world have participated.
The ceremony will be an opportunity to share the results achieved during this edition and to recall the students’ most significant experiences in their first year of studying abroad and at the University of Pavia.
The ceremony will also include the awarding of the final certificates.
