(English below) Il 26 aprile 2022, dalle 11:00 alle 12:00, si terrà un webinar sulle tematiche di Diversity and Inclusion, organizzato dal Premio al Report di Sostenibilità del Dipartimento di Scienze Economiche e Aziendali dell’Università di Pavia.
L’incontro è pensato per favorire un dibattito costruttivo su queste tematiche così discusse al giorno d’oggi. La condivisione di alcune best practice aziendali è pensata per incoraggiare tutte le aziende a intraprendere percorsi di reale sostenibilità e inclusione, a prescindere dalle proprie dimensioni.
Partecipano alla tavola rotonda Elena Avogadro, Responsabile Diversity & Inclusion di Intesa Sanpaolo e Laura Gori, Owner e CEO di Way2Global, a rappresentare due delle finaliste della terza edizione del Premio. Interverrà con un videomessaggio anche il Vice Presidente di Confindustria, Giovanni Brugnoli. L’evento è organizzato in collaborazione con il progetto STEAMiamoci, di Confindustria.
Al termine dell’incontro verrà presentata la quarta edizione del Premio al Report di Sostenibilità, che si terrà il prossimo novembre 2022, a Pavia. APRIL 26th – WEBINAR ON DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
On April 26th 2022, from 11.00 to 12.00 a.m., an online webinar on Diversity & Inclusion will be held by the Premio al Report di Sostenibilità, from the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Pavia. This event is thought to create a constructive debate on this topic, highly debated nowadays. The sharing of some best practices wants to encourage all companies to undertake truly effective practices of sustainability and inclusion, regardless of the company size.
Participants in the round table are Elena Avogadro, Head of Diversity & Inclusion of Intesa Sanpaolo and Laura Gori, Owner and CEO of Way2Global, to represent two of the finalists of the third edition of the Premio. Giovanni Brugnoli, Vice President of Confindustria, will intervene through a video message. The event is organized in collaboration with the STEAMiamoci project of Confindustria.
At the end of the meeting, the fourth edition of the Premio al Report di Sostenibilità will be presented, which will be held in November 2022, in Pavia.
