(English below) Il webinar, organizzato dall’Università di Colonia, si svolgerà martedì 16 novembre 2021, dalle 16:30 alle 18:00 (CET). L’attività si inserisce nel quadro di un progetto Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership recentemente finanziato dall’Agenzia Erasmus tedesca, coordinato dall’Università di Colonia e di cui l’Università di Pavia è partner.
Il webinar, interattivo e orientato alla pratica, è progettato per i giovani imprenditori, per permetter loro di migliorare le proprie competenze sulla cultura aziendale tedesca, che è tanto varia quando l’economia del paese.
Sarà ospite l’illustre dott. Gabi Kratochwil, esperta in gestione della diversità culturale, che spiegherà perché, per molti aspetti, i tedeschi sono i maestri della pianificazione e perché essere puntuali non è solo una questione di etica del lavoro molto apprezzata, ma coinvolge la gestione della vita privata.
