L’associazione studentesca “Pavia Engineering Student Branch” (PESB), in collaborazione con il Dipartimento di Ingegneria Industriale e dell’Informazione dell’Università di Pavia, presenta il seminario in lingua inglese “New Advances in Diffuse Optical Spectroscopy and Imaging for Clinical Treatment Monitoring”.
Il seminario verrà svolto giovedì 28 gennaio 2021, alle ore 15.00, e verrà trasmesso in diretta online tramite la piattaforma Zoom.
Parlerà il prof. Darren Roblyer, professore associato di Ingegneria Biomedica all’Università di Boston (Massachusetts, USA). Il relatore ha ottenuto il titolo di Ph.D. nell’Università Rice (Houston, Texas) nel 2009. La sua ricerca si specializza nello sviluppo di tecniche diagnostiche per il cancro e altre patologie tramite l’uso di tecnologie ottiche.

The student association “Pavia Engineering Student Branch” (PESB), in collaboration with the Department of Electrical, Computer and Biomedical Engineering, presents the seminar “New Advances in Diffuse Optical Spectroscopy and Imaging for Clinical Treatment Monitoring”.
The seminar will take place thursday, January 28th at 15:00, and will be broadcasted on the Zoom online meeting platform.
The seminar will be held by prof. Darren Roblyer, Associate Professor at the University of Boston ( Massachusetts, US). Prof. Roblyer received its Ph.D. degree at the Rice University (Houston, Texas) in 2009. His research activity is focused on the development of diagnostic techniques for cancer and other patologies through optical technologies.
