A partire da lunedì 2 marzo 2020 riaprono i Musei dell’Università di Pavia, secondo i consueti orari. (English below)
Infatti, alla luce del Decreto del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri, 1/3/2020 (art. 2, lettera f) è possibile sospendere l’obbligo di chiusura dei musei, a condizione che vengano garantite modalità di fruizione contingentata. In particolare, va garantita la distanza di almeno 1 metro tra visitatori (“criterio droplet”) all’ingresso e dentro il museo.
Il Presidente del Sistema Museale dell’Università di Pavia, Prof. Paolo Mazzarello, consapevole dell’importanza di riaprire i musei e insieme di assicurare i più adeguati standard di sicurezza, ha deciso la riapertura del Sistema Museale nel rispetto di quanto previsto dalla recente normativa.
A tale fine, il personale garantirà che nelle code alle biglietterie i visitatori siano a distanza di almeno 1 metro l’uno dall’altro. Inoltre, non sarà consentita la presenza simultanea di più di 2 persone in ogni sala dei musei.
I Musei dell’Università di Pavia riaprono secondo i consueti orari, ma da ricordare che il Museo Kosmos ha come giorno di chiusura lunedì e dunque riaprirà martedì 3 marzo.

Re-opening of the Museums of the University of Pavia
Starting from Monday March 2nd , the Museums of the University of Pavia reopened, according to the usual timetables.
In fact, according to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers, 1/3/2020 (art. 2, letter f) it is possible to suspend the obligation to close museums, if the proper recommendation will be followed. In particular, the distance of at least 1 meter between visitors (“droplet criterion”) at the entrance and inside the museum must be guaranteed.
Prof. Paolo Mazzarello, the President of the Museum System of the University of Pavia, aware of the importance of reopening museums and at the same time ensuring the most adequate safety standards, has decided to reopen the Museum System in accordance with the recent legislation.
To this end, the staff will ensure that in the queues at the ticket offices visitors will be at least 1 meter apart. Furthermore, the simultaneous presence of more than 2 people in each museum room will not be allowed.
The Museums of the University of Pavia reopen according to the usual times, but remember that the Kosmos Museum has Monday as its closing day and it will therefore reopen on Tuesday 3 March.
