Care Studentesse e cari Studenti,
visto il protrarsi del periodo di sospensione della didattica in presenza, abbiamo pensato ad una soluzione per effettuare gli esami scritti di profitto. Infatti, come sapete, finora si sono svolti regolarmente, con modalità a distanza, sia gli esami orali che quelli di laurea, ma gli esami scritti sono sospesi dal 24 febbraio. (English below)
Tutte le prove che possono essere svolte in forma orale, benché fossero previste in forma scritta, saranno svolte in forma orale. Le rimanenti saranno svolte in forma scritta a distanza. Proprio per consentire lo svolgimento di queste ultime, un gruppo di lavoro sta approntando opportune linee-guida: saranno pronte nella prossima settimana.
Tutti gli esami, rinviati fino ad oggi, saranno recuperati nel periodo 28 marzo – 24 aprile, e riguarderanno insegnamenti dei Corsi di Laurea delle Facoltà di Ingegneria e Medicina, e dei Dipartimenti di Biologia e Biotecnologie, Chimica, Fisica, Matematica, Scienze del Farmaco e di Scienze della Terra e dell’Ambiente. Entro la fine della prossima settimana, e comunque almeno sette giorni prima della data prevista, il calendario delle prove, insieme alla modalità di svolgimento, sarà disponibile sul sito dei Dipartimenti a cui afferiscono i vari Corsi di Laurea (o secondo le altre consuete modalità) e, quindi, nell’area riservata di ciascuno studente.
Il decreto legge 18/2020, pubblicato lo scorso 17 marzo, ha stabilito che l’ultima sessione delle prove finali per il conseguimento del titolo di studio per l’anno accademico 2018-2019 è prorogata al 15 giugno 2020, cioè 2 mesi dopo il termine del 15 aprile, originariamente previsto. Di conseguenza, gli studenti che avranno conseguito la laurea entro quella data saranno considerati in corso. Le prossime sedute di laurea, già previste a calendario, sono confermate, ma sarà programmata una seduta straordinaria per la prima metà di giugno.
Infine, ricordo, che la scadenza della 3a rata della contribuzione universitaria per l’anno accademico 2019-2020 per i corsi di laurea e di laurea magistrale, originariamente prevista per il 23 marzo, è stata prorogata al 30 maggio.
Proseguiremo con grande attenzione e determinazione nell’individuare modalità convincenti per consentire lo svolgimento di altri momenti formativi attualmente impediti dall’emergenza, a partire dai tirocini.

Dear Students,
considering the continuation of the period of suspension of face-to-face classes, we have found a solution to manage written exams. In fact, as you know, so far they have taken place regularly, online, both oral and graduation exams, but written exams have been suspended since February 24.
All the tests that can be carried out in oral form, even if they were supposed to be done in writing, will be conducted orally. The rest will be carried out in written form and, to allow them, a working group is preparing the guidelines: they will be ready next week.
All the exams, postponed until today, will be carried on in the period March 28 – April 24: they will concern the teachings of the Course Degrees of the Faculty of Engineering and Medicine, and of the Departments of Biology and Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Earth and Environmental Sciences. By the end of next week, in any case seven days before the starting date, the schedule of exams (specifying their modalities) will be available on the website of the Departments to which the various Degree Courses belong (or according to the other usual methods) and, therefore, in the reserved area of each student.
Law decree 78/2020, published on March 17, established that the last session for the graduation exam for the 2018-2019 academic year is postponed at 15 June 2020, i.e. 2 months after the deadline of 15 April, originally established. Consequently, students who will graduated by that date will be considered as graduated during the year 2018-2019. The next graduation sessions, already scheduled on the calendar, are confirmed, but a supplementary session will be scheduled for the first half of June.
Finally, I remind you that the deadline for the third installment of tuition fees, for the academic year 2019-2020 for bachelor and master’s degree courses, originally established for March 23, it has been extended to May 30.
We will continue with great attention and determination to look for best methods to allow other academic activities which are still suspended because of the emergency, starting from traineeships.
