(English below) Nei giorni dal 5 al 9 ottobre 2022 si è tenuto a Procida il Workshop Regionale Pilota del progetto “Partnership for Knowledge” (Pfk), un’iniziativa di alta formazione universitaria promossa dall’Agenzia Italiana per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo (AICS).
Il Progetto, giunto al terzo e ultimo anno, ha offerto borse di studio di laurea magistrale e dottorati di ricerca in 23 università italiane a studenti provenienti da Paesi prioritari per la cooperazione italiana.
L’isola campana, Capitale della Cultura 2022, ha ospitato l’evento finale del progetto, durante il quale gli atenei italiani aderenti al partenariato hanno organizzato un momento di riflessione legato alla cultura italiana, attraverso quattro lectio magistralis che hanno riguardato le altrettante piattaforme tematiche al centro del progetto.
Il CICOPS, la Commissione Interna al GLOBEC per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo, coordina la Piattaforma 2 “Sanità e W.A.S.H.” e su tale tematica il professor Gian Battista Parigi ha presentato il suo intervento, “From valetudinariato Cnao: a glimpse over twenty centuries of Medicine in Italy”.
Per la prima piattaforma, Sviluppo rurale e gestione del territorio, è intervenuto il professor Bruno Vecchio dell’Università di Firenze con un approfondimento dal titolo “The Italian landscape: an interpretative model”, mentre il prof. Domenico Brunetto (Politecnico di Milano) ha affrontato il tema “Mathematics for social integration”, nell’ambito della terza piattaforma tematica: Energia sostenibile, ambiente e innovazione industriale. Infine, la professoressa Sara Bossi (Università La Sapienza), a proposito del Patrimonio culturale e turismo sostenibile, ha illustrato la propria metodologia “Managing and Sharing Cultural Heritage: the Atlas of Ancient Rome and the Atlas of Ancient Latium”.
I borsisti hanno potuto confrontarsi sul loro percorso accademico, sulla loro permanenza in Italia e in particolare su come intendono fare tesoro dell’esperienza offerta dal partenariato per la conoscenza per avere un impatto positivo sul loro paese di provenienza. L’incontro è stato anche un’opportunità per conoscersi meglio e rafforzare la rete di alumni del progetto PfK.

The island of Procida hosted, from 5th to 9th October 2022, the Pilot Regional Workshop of the “Partnership for Knowledge” (Pfk) project, a higher university education initiative promoted by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS).
The project, in its third and final year, has offered master’s degree scholarships and research doctorates in 23 Italian universities to students from priority countries for Italian cooperation.
Procida, Capital of Culture 2022, hosted the final event of the project, during which the Italian universities participating in the partnership organized a moment of reflection linked to Italian culture, through four lectio magistralis that covered the thematic platforms at the center of the project.

The fellows were able to discuss their academic career, their stay in Italy and in particular how they intend to capitalize on the experience offered by the project to have a positive impact on their country of origin. The meeting was also an opportunity to get to know each other better and strengthen the PfK project alumni network.
