(English below) Il bando per la domanda di ammissione al nuovo Master in International Business and Entrepreneurship (MIBE) è disponibile (e si avvicina la prima scadenza per la presentazione delle domande: 30 giugno 2022. Una seconda scadenza per i posti restanti è prevista per il 9 settembre 2022).
MIBE è una laurea magistrale, offerta dal Dipartimento di Economia e Scienze Aziendali dell’Università di Pavia, dove gli studenti si possono immergere in un’esperienza di apprendimento che va oltre il termine del periodo di studi, per continuare nel corso della loro vita professionale. Il Master aspira a diffondere una forte conoscenza di base del management internazionale insieme a prestigiosi studiosi internazionali e attraverso rapporti diretti con le principali aziende globali.
Il MIBE mira a coinvolgere solo aspiranti leader, che si impegnano fin dall’inizio su argomenti all’avanguardia, come consultancy & soft skills, transformative innovation, and innovability & circular entrepreneurship. MIBE è un’arena di apprendimento internazionale. Con 19 programmi di doppia laurea e più di 50 opportunità di scambio Erasmus, gli studenti avranno l’opportunità di studiare all’estero, respirare culture diverse, immergersi in sfide e opportunità internazionali. MIBE è una comunità internazionale distintiva. Da studenti prima, e da alunni dopo la laurea, i selezionati per questo corso di studi saranno sempre MIBEr. Quindi, potranno sfruttare il loro network per progredire nella loro carriera universitaria, condividere momenti straordinari e risultati raggiunti, avviare start-up, innovare e trasformare il mondo di domani, rimanendo sempre in contatto con i colleghi. Infine, il MIBE è un ambiente innovativo e stimolante in cui vengono adottati avanzati metodi di insegnamento, che vanno dal lavoro di squadra alla flipped classroom, per promuovere un’esperienza di apprendimento immersiva, in cui gli studenti possono acquisire conoscenze pratiche e competenze applicate nella gestione internazionale, nella gestione digitale e nella sostenibilità gestione.
Gli studenti possono optare per uno dei tre curricula del MIBE:
- International management, questo curriculum è progettato per formare manager e consulenti che portano il loro A-game in un contesto internazionale,
- Digital management, questo curriculum fornisce agli studenti le capacità manageriali e analitiche per aiutarli a comprendere le dinamiche e le potenzialità dell’economia digitale e della trasformazione digitale,
- Sustainable management, questo curriculum mira a fornire agli studenti conoscenze all’avanguardia, competenze trasversali e un approccio di leadership sulla gestione delle pratiche di sostenibilità aziendale lungo tutta la catena del valore aziendale.
Le opportunità di carriera includono, ma non sono limitate a:
- Curriculum in International management: Country/Export manager; Responsabile dello sviluppo aziendale; Analista dei mercati internazionali; Marketing Manager; Responsabile di progetto; Consulente di gestione; Analista di affari; Imprenditore globale;
- Curriculum in Digital management: Data Scientist e Big Data Analyst, Marketing digitale, Innovation Manager, Chief Innovation Officer / Chief Technology Officer / CIO, IT Project Manager, imprenditore e imprenditore digitale;
- Curriculum in Sustainable management: Chief Sustainability Officer, ESG Analyst, Head of non financial reporting, Sustainability manager, Sustainability consultant, imprenditore sustainable/circular, Sustainable supply chain manager, Sustainable Analyst, ESG specialist.

The call for the applications to the new Master in International Business and Entrepreneurship (MIBE) is out (and the deadline for application is approaching: 30th June 2022 – 2° Timeframe remaining places 9th September).
MIBE is a laurea magistralis (MSc), delivered by the Department of Economics and Management Science of the University of Pavia, where students will plunge into a lifetime learning experience. It aims at spreading powerful knowledge together with prestigious international scholars and through direct relationships with leading global firms. MIBE is supposed to engage aspiring leaders only, who will commit themselves from the very beginning on cutting-edge topics, such as consultancy & soft skills, transformative innovation, and innovability & circular entrepreneurship. MIBE is an international learning arena. With 19 double degree programmes and more than 50 Erasmus exchange opportunities, students will have the opportunity to study abroad, breathe different cultures, immerse themselves in international challenges and opportunities. MIBE is a distinctive international community. As a student, and an alumni, students will always be MIBErs. Hence, they will be able to exploit their network to progress on their university career, share amazing moments, set up start-ups, share achievements, innovate and transform tomorrow’s world, and stay connected with peers. Finally, MIBE is an innovative and challenging environment where teaching methods, ranging from teamwork to flipped classroom, are adopted to stimulate a thought-provoking learning experience, where students can gain hands-on knowledge and applied competencies in international management, digital management and sustainable management.
Students can opt for one of the three curricula of the MIBE:
- International management, this curriculum is designed to develop managers and consultants which bring their A-game within international context,
- Digital management, this curriculum provides students with the managerial and analytical skills to help them understand the dynamics and potential of Digital Economy and Digital Transformation,
- Sustainable management, this BRAND NEW curriculum is aimed at providing students with cutting-edge knowledge, soft skills and a leadership approach on the management of corporate sustainability practices throughout the business value chain.
