(English below) Nella settimana dal 13 al 17 settembre 2021 si svolge all’Università di Pavia la Welcome Week l’evento di accoglienza rivolto a tutta la comunità di studenti internazionali.
I servizi Relazioni Internazionali, Mobilità e Admission dell’Ateneo, in collaborazione con ST.E.P. ESN Pavia hanno pianificato un’intensa settimana ricca di eventi sia in presenza che in modalità online, tramite le dirette streaming su piattaforma Unibuddy Events.
Nel corso della settimana, in Aula Forlanini nel Palazzo Centrale dell’Università di Pavia (Corso Strada Nuova, 65), lo staff di Ateneo sarà presente ai desk per fornire informazioni e supporto agli studenti interessati.
Nei giorni di mercoledì 15 e giovedì 16 alle ore 14:30 si terranno due webinar volti a fornire tutte le informazioni utili ad agevolare la permanenza degli studenti in Italia e la frequenza delle attività didattiche.
La professoressa Antonella Forlino, Prorettrice all’internazionalizzazione, aprirà la sessione porgendo il suo benvenuto agli studenti.
L’associazione studentesca ST.E.P. ESN Pavia ha organizzato vari eventi di socializzazione: dal tour della città di Pavia alla vista ai Dipartimenti, dalla Karaoke Night alla cena di benvenuto, gli studenti internazionali avranno la possibilità di entrare nel vivo della loro nuova esperienza come studenti dell’Università di Pavia.

The Welcome Week for International Students will be held from Monday 13th to Friday 17th September 2021 at the University of Pavia. The aim of the event is to give students information about important practical matters related to studying and living in Pavia.
The international Relations, Mobility and Academic Services, in collaboration with the student association ST.E.P. ESN Pavia have planned an intense week full of events to whom students will have the chance to participate in both in person and online on the platform Unibuddy Events.
During the whole week the university staff will be present at the desks to provide information and support to interested students. The desk is located in Aula Forlanini, in the Central Building of the University of Pavia (Corso Strada Nuova, 65).
Two Webinars will be held on Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 at 2.30 pm aimed at providing all useful information to facilitate students’ stay in Italy and the frequency of teaching activities. Professor Antonella Forlino, Vice Rector for Internationalization, will open the session by welcoming the students.
The student association ST.E.P. ESN Pavia has organized various social events. From the city tour to the Departments tour, from the Karaoke Night to the welcome dinner, international students will have the opportunity to get to the heart of their new experience as students of the University of Pavia.
