Alla stesura del rapporto ha partecipato attivamente il Centro Orientamento (C.OR.) dell’Università degli Studi di Pavia. (English below)
Il Covid-19 ha cambiato l’impostazione del mercato del lavoro, incidendo anche sulle occupazioni degli studenti. Ha richiesto che i servizi universitari per la carriera si occupassero in modo nuovo di studenti e reclutatori.
Questo rapporto attinge alle esperienze dei servizi per il lavoro nelle università del Gruppo Coimbra di tutta Europa, nel rispondere alle sfide e alle opportunità create per studenti, laureati, datori di lavoro e personale. Supporta la condivisione di conoscenze e pratiche e sottolinea la posizione dei servizi per la carriera al centro delle relazioni tra studenti, università e datori di lavoro.

The Coimbra Group is pleased to announce the publication of the report “Career services in times of Covid-19: Challenges, Responses and Best Practices”, developed within the Employability Working Group. Career Center (C.OR.) of the University of Pavia was actively participating in writing the report.
Covid-19 has changed the setting of the labour market, impacting also on students’ employability. It required University career services to deal in a new way with students and recruiters.
This report draws on the experiences of career services in Coimbra Group universities from across Europe, in responding to the challenges and opportunities created for students, graduates, employers, and staff. It supports knowledge and practice sharing and underscores the position of career services at the nexus of student, university, and employer relations.
