Dal 1° ottobre 2020, il Sistema Bibliotecario di Ateneo ha attivato il servizio di Help BiblioChat. Nato con la finalità di assistere e orientare attraverso suggerimenti e informazioni pratiche le diverse tipologie di utenti, il servizio garantisce risposte entro 24 ore lavorative. (English below)
Non sai dove si trova la tua biblioteca? Non sai come richiedere un servizio o come accedere alle strutture? Invia un messaggio WhatsApp al numero (+39) 3387237331, e un bibliotecario si farà carico del tuo quesito.
Il nuovo servizio è attivo, al momento in via sperimentale, dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 10:00 alle 14:00, per rispondere in forma semplificata a domande sulle biblioteche e i loro servizi.

From 1 October 2020, the University Library System has activated the BiblioChat Help service. Created with the aim of assisting and guiding the different types of users through suggestions and practical information, the service guarantees answers within 24 hours.

The new service is active, currently on an experimental basis, from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 14:00, to answer questions about libraries and their services in a simplified form.
