Si è appena concluso il quarto Transnational Project Meeting del Progetto Erasmus+ DIGIPASS (https://digi-pass.eu/), ospitato dall’Università di Amsterdam dal 24 al 26 febbraio 2020. Per l’Università di Pavia hanno partecipato due rappresentanti dell’Area Relazioni internazionali, Innovazione didattica e Comunicazione. (English below)
Il progetto DIGIPASS ha come obiettivo la realizzazione di una piattaforma digitale per fornire supporto e preparazione a studenti e staff durante tutte le fasi di un periodo di mobilità: preparazione alla partenza, periodo di mobilità all’estero, ritorno nel proprio paese.
Sono state tre giornate di intenso lavoro e il progetto è ora nel pieno del suo svolgimento: è stato definito il calendario di lavoro per l’implementazione del corso online di preparazione culturale aperto agli studenti, è stata discussa la struttura di un manuale che verrà messo a disposizione di ogni istituzione che vorrà intraprendere un progetto simile.
DIGIPASS possiede una Community of Practices (CoP) (https://www.linkedin.com/groups/13771631/), uno spazio virtuale dedicato allo scambio di iniziative e buone pratiche nell’ambito della mobilità internazionale. L’iscrizione al gruppo è aperta a tutti i docenti, operatori e studenti che si occupano, a vario titolo, di mobilità internazionale o che semplicemente sono interessati e vogliono approfondire la conoscenza di questo progetto.
Nell’ambito del progetto DIGIPASS, UniPV e STEP ESN PAVIA (https://pavia.esn.it/) hanno attivato la campagna “Let your Star Shine!” per selezionare i migliori “attori Erasmus” che verranno filmati per realizzare dei video informativi che saranno inseriti nel corso online. I candidati dovranno mandare un brevissimo video di 30 secondi al link https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScnJpsJ6KIvJilbBgpuFhxT3T5-nm_Hd6nsZIA6Kbz5R_k8ig/viewform e i migliori vinceranno una maglietta di UniPV. Le riprese dei video inizieranno ad aprile.

Two representative of Universitiy of Pavia participated in the the fourth Transnational Project Meeting of the Erasmus + DIGIPASS project (https://digi-pass.eu/) hosted by the University of Amsterdam from 24 to 26 February 2020.
DIGIPASS project willing to create a digital platform which supports and prepares students and staff during during all phases of a mobility period: preparation pre-departure, during the experience and on the return to home country.
It has been three days of intense work and the project is now in its full development: the online cultural preparation course open to students is on production, the structure of an Handbook of best practises has been discussed: this will be available to any institution that wants to undertake a similar project.
DIGIPASS owns a Community of Practices (CoP) (https://www.linkedin.com/groups/13771631/), a virtual space dedicated to the exchange of good practices related to international mobility. The group is open to all professors, officers and students dealing with international mobility or simply those who are interested and want to deepen their knowledge of this project.
UniPV and STEP ESN PAVIA (https://pavia.esn.it/) organize the “Let your Star Shine!” Campaign. UniPV Erasmus students will have the possibility to became “DIGIPASS ACTORS” of the new ONLINE course.
