Cos’è?
Il Soliya Compact Programme è un programma di mobilità virtuale. Piccoli gruppi di studenti di differenti culture e nazionalità vengono coinvolti in una serie di incontri virtuali su temi quali la cultura, la religione, il conflitto tra civiltà, per promuovere il dialogo al di là delle differenze culturali e religiose.
Il programma è gestito da Soliya, una piattaforma di educazione digitale che offre possibilità di mobilità virtuale (https://www.soliya.net/). Nel programma avrai il tuo gruppo di dialogo con i colleghi del Nord America, del Medio Oriente e del Nord Africa.
Gli argomenti di cui parlerai con il tuo gruppo includono:
• Identity and communication
• Communication in the digital world
• Constructive communication and how to get there
• Topics of global and social importance, chosen by you with your group
Come funziona?
Il programma dura 4 settimane, tra il 5 novembre e il 3 dicembre. Sono previste due ore di presenza virtuale alla settimana, per un totale di 8 ore.
Chi può partecipare?
Sono richiesti:
- un livello di inglese intermedio (B1)
- l’impegno a partecipare alle 8 ore di programma
- accesso stabile ad internet e un pc/laptop con telecamera e audio
Al termine del corso otterrai un certificato di partecipazione.

What’s this?
The Compact Program—Soliya’s flagship virtual exchange initiative—is an online cross-cultural education program integrated into curriculum that provides young adults with a unique opportunity to:
• Establish a deeper understanding for the perspectives of others around the world on important socio-political issues
• Develop 21st Century skills such as critical thinking, cross-cultural communication, and media literacy
The program is managed by Soliya, a digital education platform (https://www.soliya.net/)
In the Program, you’ll have your own dialogue group with peers from North America, the Middle East and North Africa.
Topics that you will discuss with your group include:
• Identity and communication
• Communication in the digital world
• Constructive communication and how to get there
• Topics of global and social importance, chosen by you with your group
How does it work?
The program lasts 4 weeks, between 5 November to 3 December. There are two hours of virtual presence per week.
Who can participate?
Admission requirements:
• An intermediate level of English (minimum B1)
• The commitment to participate in the 8-hour program
• Stable internet access and a PC / laptop with camera and audio
At the end of the course, you will receive the Soliya Attendance Certificate.
