(English below) Dal 6 all’8 febbraio 2023 l’Ateneo pavese sarà sede del “EC2U Digital Training: The digitalization of European Alliances: the EC2U perspective” a cui parteciperanno le Università partner dell’alleanza europea EC2U.
In particolare saranno presenti 20 colleghi che lavorano alla gestione dei programmi di mobilità internazionale, che stanno implementando l’infrastruttura digitale di EC2U e delle Università stesse e i rappresentanti del Working package “Towards a European Campus: EC2U Connect Centre” di cui Unipv è l’università leader tramite le Professoresse Ilaria Poggiolini e Daniela Ovadia.
EC2U (European Campus of City Universities) è un’alleanza europea multi-culturale e multidisciplinare composta da sette università con l’ambizione di sviluppare un ambiente innovativo che permetta il libero scambio di idee e l’inter-mobilità dei propri studenti, docenti e staff all’interno degli atenei partecipanti e le città partner. Tutte le attività hanno come fine ultimo il raggiungimento degli SDG, con un focus maggiore verso #SDG4,#SDG5, #SDG11.
Teatro del Training sarà il Kirolab situato nell’appena ristrutturato palazzo San Felice. Obiettivo dei tre giorni di lavoro è quello di condividere quanto realizzato finora dall’alleanza in termini di digitalizzazione del Programma Erasmus attraverso l’infrastruttura Erasmus Without Paper (EWP), EduGAIN, ESI/ESC and EC2U Card integration, con cui vengono gestite le mobilità internazionali dell’alleanza.
Un contributo particolare alla realizzazione del Digital Training sarà apportato dall’Area Sistemi Informativi, UOC mobilità Internazionale, Area Didattica e dal Centro Orientamento Universitario e svolgeranno una formazione sui tool digitali usati dall’alleanza per meglio gestire le mobilità, i tre EC2U Joint master degrees, l’Inter-exchange platform e il Knowledge hub.
Il training sarà occasione per affrontare anche il tema delle Micro Credential e degli Open Badge, di cui Unipv è pioniere, tramite gli interventi del Professore Paolo Cherubini e Stefania Mellera del COR.
Durante il training i partecipanti avranno modo di visitare l’Ateneo pavese e il museo Kosmos: questi e altri momenti di networking saranno essenziali per rafforzare la sinergia tra i partner.

UNIPV organizes the ‘EC2U Digital Training’
From 6th to 8th February, the University of Pavia will host the “EC2U Digital Training: The digitalization of European Alliances: the EC2U perspective”, to be attended by the partner universities of the European alliance EC2U.
In particular, the event will involve 20 colleagues who work on the international mobility programmes’ management and are currently implementing the digital infrastructure of EC2U and the universities themselves. The event will also involve the representatives of the Working package “Towards a European Campus: EC2U Connect Centre”, led by UNIPV and its Professors Ilaria Poggiolini and Daniela Ovadia.
EC2U (European Campus of City Universities) is a multicultural and multidisciplinary European alliance consisting of seven universities, intending to develop an innovative environment that allows the free exchange of ideas and the inter-mobility of their students, teachers, and staff within the participating universities and partner cities. As their ultimate goal, all activities have the achievement of SDGs, with a greater focus on #SDG4, #SDG5, and #SDG11.
The event will be held at the Kirolab, situated in the newly renovated Palazzo San Felice.. The goal of the three days of work is to share what the alliance has achieved so far in terms of digitalization of the Erasmus Programme thanks to Erasmus Without Paper (EWP), EduGAIN, ESI/ESC and EC2U Card integration, the infrastructure through which the alliance’s international mobility is managed.
A particular contribution to the realization of the Digital Training will be made by the Information Systems Area, UOC International mobility, the Teaching Area, and the University Orientation Center, which will provide training on the digital tools used by the alliance to improve the management of mobility, EC2U Joint master degrees, the Inter-exchange platform, and the Knowledge hub.
The training will also address the theme of Micro-Credentials and Open Badges, of which UNIPV is a pioneer, through the participation of Professor Paolo Cherubini and Stefania Mellera, from the COR office.
During the training, the participants will have the opportunity to visit the University of Pavia and the Kosmos museum: these and other networking moments will be essential to strengthen the synergy between the partners.
