Mikhail Minakov, is an internationally renowned philosopher, researcher, and consultant working in the area of modernization and politics of Eastern Europe and Western Eurasia. Author of three books, co-author of 4 books, and over 70 articles in philosophy, political analysis, and policy studies, Prof. Minakov has over 19 years of experience in consulting, research, teaching, and training. As an editor-in-chief he also runs a peer-reviewed Ideology and Politics Journal, focusing on post-Soviet political and social processes.
