(English below) Dal 27 febbraio al 3 marzo 2023 si è tenuta una settimana ricca di attività dell’Alleanza EC2U, presso la nostra Università.
La settimana è iniziata con l’apertura della Winter School B.SuRe “Building Sustainable Reuse” tenutasi presso Palazzo Vistarino e focalizzata sulla sostenibilità e il riuso di complessi architettonici storici e la preservazione del loro valore. L’Università di Pavia ha, infatti, ospitato trentaquattro studenti e studentesse dalle sette Università dell’Alleanza e due studentesse dall’Università di Lviv, nuovo partner strategico associato di EC2U, che hanno seguito lezioni e workshop guidati dai docenti dell’Alleanza, specializzati in materia. 
Gli studenti hanno inoltre partecipato ad attività sociali e culturali, tra cui un flash mob tenutosi presso il campus centrale Unipv e la visita dei nuovi Horti del Collegio Borromeo.
Nel pomeriggio di venerdì 3 marzo, inoltre, presso le strutture del Polo Tecnologico di Pavia, si è tenuto il Think Tank “Social Innovation in Times of Crisis”.
L’evento è stato un’occasione per esperti e stakeholder locali di discutere su tematiche rilevanti e scambiare idee sulla moltitudine di sfide sociali attuali: gli effetti della pandemia, il cambiamento climatico, le crisi energetiche e le migrazioni. L’evento si è concluso con un aperitivo di networking.
Molte altre attività EC2U coinvolgeranno la nostra Università nei prossimi mesi, tra queste: l’EC2U Forum a Jena, il Healthy Campus, il PhD Intensive Programme “machine learning technique & text processing tools”, i Joint Master Degree (le candidature sono aperte!).

EC2U Week in UniPV successfully concludes:
Winter School “Sustainable Reuse”, Flash Mob, Think Thank “Social Innovation in time of Crisis”
From the 27th of February to the 3rd of March, a week full of EC2U activities took place at our University.
The week began with the opening of the B.SuRe Winter School “Building Sustainable Reuse” held at Palazzo Vistarino and focused on the sustainability and reuse of historical architectural buildings and the preservation of their value. The University of Pavia hosted thirty-four students from the seven Alliance Universities and two students from the University of Lviv, EC2U’s new associate strategic partner, who attended lectures and workshops led by Alliance lecturers specialized in the subject.
The students also participated in social and cultural activities, including a flash mob held at the UniPv central campus and a visit to the new Horti of Borromeo College.
In addition, on the afternoon of Friday 3 March, the Think Tank “Social Innovation in Times of Crisis” was held at the Polo Tecnologico in Pavia.
The event was an opportunity for experts and local stakeholders to discuss relevant issues and exchange ideas on the multitude of current social challenges: the effects of the pandemic, climate change, energy crises, and migration. The event concluded with a networking aperitif.
Many other EC2U activities will involve our University in the coming months, among them: the EC2U Forum in Jena, the Healthy Campus, the PhD Intensive Programme “machine learning technique & text processing tools”, and the Joint Master Degrees (applications are open!).
